過熱水裝置的系統特點

簡單地講, 過熱水裝置就是將原來開放式的供熱方式改為封閉式的供熱方式。開放式的供熱會有大量的蒸汽和熱水被排放到空氣中, 造成了能源的浪費。封閉式的供熱系統將壓機的溫度分為幾個階段, 不同階段溫度的熱能有不同的用途, 回收的熱能會被用作預熱和提升整個系統溫度, 從而使蒸汽用量大大降低了。關鍵的問題在于, 高溫塔具有儲存熱能和均衡熱能的作用, 當有2臺或3臺壓機同時升溫的時候, 整個蒸汽系統的壓力就會大大降低, 甚至達不到壓機需要的最低設定溫度, 從而造成溫度差很大, 影響到產量和產品的質量。高溫塔會將幾臺壓機升溫所需要的熱能儲存起來, 即使幾臺壓機同時使用, 也不會造成溫度有很大的變化。保證了產量和產品的質量。
Simply, overheating water device changes the heating method of open to close. For the open mode, lots of steam and hot would be discharged causing waste. But for the close mode, the temperature changes in several phases in which the purposes are different.
